A wine-filled adventure with music, food & good vibes.
Wine lovers, music fans, and foodies — mark your calendars. The brand-new Denmark Wine Hop is here to turn your Saturday into one unforgettable adventure. Think of it like a progressive long lunch… but way more fun. On Saturday 3rd May, four of Denmark’s most iconic wine venues — Rockcliffe, Singlefile Wines, The Lake House and Boston Brewing Co — will come alive with live music, local wines, and epic food offerings.
The best part? You choose your own adventure. With transport included and entertainment rolling all day long, all you need to do is hop on and hop off as you please.
Four venues. Four unique vibes. One deliciously good time.
Here’s exactly what’s pouring, plating and playing at each stop…
Rockcliffe Winery
Laid-back vibes, woodfired pizza & smooth jazz under the trees.
Nestled just 4km from Denmark town, Rockcliffe is all about relaxed charm and flavour-packed experiences. Expect a killer combo of wine tastings, jazzy tunes and wood-fired pizza under the trees.
Setting the mood is local favourite trumpet player and vocalist David Rastrick’s Jazztrix Quartet. Think smooth, jazzy grooves blending trumpet, keys and soulful rhythm — the perfect soundtrack for a leisurely afternoon of wine, food and friends.
To keep you fuelled between sips, Rockcliffe will be serving up their famous woodfired pizzas — the ultimate casual pairing for a glass (or two) of their signature drops. Simple, fresh and packed with flavour, these pizzas are made for laid-back indulgence in the vines.

The Lake House Denmark
Lakeside picnics, gourmet hampers & infectious world grooves.
Tucked away just a few minutes from Denmark’s town centre, The Lake House is one of the region’s most idyllic winery destinations. With sprawling lawns, towering trees and a welcoming cellar door, it’s the perfect spot to settle in and enjoy a relaxed afternoon of great food, wine and live music.
Bringing the good vibes is Los Car Keys — a high-energy world music trio from Denmark WA. Blending Latin American and African rhythms with South American influences, this talented group will have you tapping your feet and smiling all afternoon. With guitar, violin, ukulele and percussion in the mix, expect infectious grooves and a feel-good atmosphere perfect for a lakeside picnic.
Speaking of picnics — The Lake House will be serving up a range of their signature gourmet picnic hampers. Designed for laid-back lakeside grazing, these generous spreads will feature local cheeses, cured meats, seasonal frittata, house-made dips, Vinofood condiments and freshly baked bread — perfect for sharing with friends while soaking up the tunes.

Singlefile Wines
Laid-back luxury, soulful beats & bold Southeast Asian bites.
Set on a picturesque estate in the heart of Denmark’s wine country, Singlefile is known for its elegant wines, passionate winemaking philosophy, and laid-back luxury. With a strong focus on family and sustainability, every detail at Singlefile — from the manicured gardens to the handcrafted wines — tells a story of care and connection. It’s the kind of place where you can sip slowly, take in the view, and truly appreciate the craft behind every drop.
Taking over the decks is the one and only DJ Nova Jane. A true vibe curator, Nova Jane brings her signature blend of smooth beats, soulful vocals and feel-good energy to every set. Expect laid-back grooves with a touch of sass — the perfect soundtrack for soaking up the sun and sipping something special in style.
When it comes to food, Gin Lao will be bringing bold, authentic Southeast Asian flavours to the vineyard. Known for their fresh, garden-inspired dishes and rich Lao heritage, Gin Lao’s menu is all about big flavour and beautiful balance. Think aromatic herbs, perfectly spiced curries, and zesty bites that pair beautifully with a chilled white or a crisp rosé.

Boston Brewing Co. / Willoughby Park Wines
Craft beer, cool-climate wines, and a buzzing backyard vibe.
Boston Brewing Co. is a local legend — a place where the spirit of Denmark WA comes alive in every sip, plate and playlist. As one of the pioneers of craft brewing in the Great Southern, Boston has built a reputation for bold beers, award-winning wines (via sister brand Willoughby Park Wines), and a family-friendly atmosphere that locals and visitors alike can’t get enough of. From their iconic Blue Fairy Wren logo to beer labels inspired by Denmark’s stunning landscapes, Boston is all about celebrating the region in every way.
Spinning the tunes at Boston Brewing Co. is Oscar Mier Torras — aka Oscarin — a Barcelona-born, Margaret River-based DJ with a serious passion for music in all its forms. With a love of vinyl, deep cuts and genre-blending grooves, Oscarin’s sets move effortlessly from disco and deep house to UK garage and dubby techno vibes. Expect smooth sounds, irresistible beats, and a seriously feel-good atmosphere perfect for an afternoon of sipping, snacking and dancing in the sunshine.
And speaking of bars — Boston’s full kitchen menu will be available on the day, showcasing fresh, hearty, and flavour-packed dishes that go hand-in-hand with a glass of wine or a cold craft brew. From creamy garlic prawns and spicy corn fritters to vibrant salads, gourmet woodfired pizzas, and stacked burgers, there’s something to satisfy every craving.
