Albany Town Square will be transformed into a foodie hub for the Taste Market, featuring chef x producer collab pop-ups, like Blaze Young (WAGFG Chef of the Year 2025) and Brian Cole (WAGFG Young Chef of the Year 2024) behind the grill with Mt Barker Chicken and Fletcher Lamb, local Portuguese chef Tony de Brito from Sotao creating bites with Albany Sardines.

Some of the region’s finest wineries will be popping up for tastings, along with Boston Brewing Co, so you can choose your favourite to sip on and listen to DJ Oscar Mier. A short stroll away at the Earl of Spencer Historic Inn, Sommelier Cyndal Petty will be hosting Riesling masterclasses throughout the day, where you can hone your knowledge (and palate) on the Great Southern’s sub regions and their finest Rieslings.
