ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF COUNTRY

The Great Southern Region resides in Wagyl Kaip country, in the southern part of Noongar Boodjar. For over 60,000 years, the Great Southern region has been home to the Ganeang, Goreng and Minang people, it’s First Nations people. Their culture and connection to country remains strong here.

We pay our respects to the traditional custodians of this land, the Elders past, present and emerging; and acknowledge their ongoing contributions to the land and community.
