Embrace the elements with Cold Nips as they bring their signature uplifting energy to Middleton Beach. Begin your morning with a guided yoga flow at 7am to awaken the body before taking the plunge with an invigorating dip in the Southern Ocean at 7.45am. Join us for yoga, just the dip or both! Acai bowls from Smoove Acai and coffee will be on hand to purchase for all your post-dip refreshments. On a mission to promote community and connection, all ticket proceeds for this event will be donated to Foodbank Albany.
