Discover how to prepare an incredible seafood feast, under the guidance of renowned Executive Chef Frederick Kirby using premium, locally sourced fresh produce within the Great Southern region with seafood provided by Great Southern Seafoods. Then, celebrate your newfound skills by enjoying each dish, perfectly paired with wine by Alkoomi Wines. A special guest from the award-winning Frankland River label will share their rich knowledge of wine making, and the rationale behind each pairing. To finish, you’ll take home a special recipe package and your very own apron. This masterclass is for anyone passionate about preparing great food – whether you’re a seasoned cook or a curious beginner.
