Paul also spent over a decade shaking up the fine dining scene in Mexico at celebrated restaurants like Magno Brasserie and Mi Amor.  Back in his hometown of Perth, Paul can now be found at the helm of his most recent restaurant Casa, in Mt Hawthorn.
