Three celebrated chefs with careers rooted in community spaces are coming together for a multi-course, zero waste feast on the greens of Denmark Riverside Bowls Club. This collaborative celebration of local produce brings national talent Jo Barrett (previously Little Picket at the Lorne Bowls Club), and two of WA’s best, Jacob D’Vauz (previously Special Delivery at Doubleview Bowls Club) and Corey Rozario (previously Dahl Daddys at Margaret River Skate Park), to the Great Southern for a flavour-filled afternoon. Enjoy a glass from La Violetta, Brave New Wine or Express Winemakers on arrival, a shared table brimming with local produce-driven dishes, and a friendly game of barefoot bowls with the chefs and producers to finish.
