Hosted at Rustlers Steakhouse & Grill, this intimate long table dinner showcases native bush foods and exceptional regional produce, paired with local beverages from Gilbert Wines, Monty’s Leap Wines, Wilson Brewing, Limeburners and Woodlands Distillery.

Hear stories from the Menang people about traditional foraging and food preparation, and discover how these ingredients are brought to life in each dish through Rustlers’ ongoing collaboration with local Menang Elder Aunty Vern Gillies.
